Columbus Short Accused of Home Invasion, Destruction
Columbus Short may be off Scandal.
But he isn’t done creating scandals of his own.
Mere days after Short confirmed his departure from the aforementioned ABC hit, the actor’s estranged wife (Tanee) alleges he broke into the couple’s home and totally ransacked the residence.
In new court documents filed this week, Tanee claims Short violated his restraining order over Easter weekend when he broke a door of its hinges inside her house, tore off her bed sheets and left many lights on.
Short’s wife now says she is afraid for her life and for the life of her daughter.
Earlier in April, Tanee accused Short of threatening her life with a knife. She obtained a restraining order as a result, but the actor believes it doesn’t apply to their home because his name is on the lease.
Short was also recently arrested on battery charges stemming from his role in a bar brawl on March 15.
Short starred on Scandal since the opening episode, portraying a fixer named Harrison Wright. But his character was left in peril on the Scandal Season 3 premiere. We don’t think he’ll be making it out alive.
T.I., The Game Involved in Police Standoff After Insane Fight
The Game and T.I. were involved in an intense standoff with LAPD after a fight at an L.A. club early this morning, along with “mutual acquaintances.”
Those acquaintances were denied entrance at Supperclub, and began arguing furiously with security when one member of the posse threw a punch.

Security for the club then descended on two men, beating them into submission and kicking one of them in the face while he was down on the ground.
Off-duty officers working at the club and LAPD responders were involved.
At that point, an angry T.I. and The Game stormed, mistakenly believing that the police had roughed up their friends and resulting in a heated standoff.
As tempers flared, it looked as if more violence was about to erupt.
People can be heard screaming “Bloods” and “Crips” in the video, but it’s not clear for what reason, or if this incident was truly gang related in a significant way.
It was definitely ugly, though, that much can’t be disputed.
The two injured men were taken to LAPD’s Hollywood division, but none of the involved parties wanted to file charges or pursue the matter, so they left.

Kim Kardashian Cheated with Chris Brown: The Word is Out!
According to a new report, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are already married.
The latest issue of celebrity gossip tabloid Life & Style claims that Kim cheated on Kanye soon after they got together in 2012… with CHRIS BROWN!
“The word is out,” an insider tells the magazine. “And Kanye is not just embarrassed, he’s furious.”
Well, sure. How could he not be?!?
West allegedly confronted Kardashian about the rumor and “she denied it,” the magazine writes, but Brown is “bragging about it anyone who’ll listen.”
Which, apparently, is enough of a reason for Kanye to believe it happened.
Kanye now has serious trust issues when it comes to his fiancee – and the timing couldn’t be worse. They are supposed to be getting married in less than a month.
And Brown allegedly wrote “Loyal” about Kim. Talk about awkward!
It’s enough to make you wonder … if anyone believes this at all.
Way back in 2009, THG did wonder whether or not Kardashian and Brown should date. But we only meant if they were single, not if they were betrothed.

Heather Lynn Miller, Texas Teacher, Caught in Portable Classroom with 14-Year-Old Student
A Texas teacher, Heather Lynn Miller, is facing felony charges after she was allegedly caught in a portable classroom trailer with an underage student.
Miller was arrested Sunday night after a campus security guard at Katy Junior H.S. found the 46-year-old with a 14-year-old male during a routine patrol.
Miller was allegedly “engaging in an inappropriate relationship” with the student, according to a statement released by the Katy Independent School District.
KPRC reports that Miller answered the door to the temporary classroom, telling the guard “everything was fine.” Suspicious, the guard looked past her.
What he saw was a 14-year-old student getting dressed.
Police aren’t discussing details of the case; Miller, who taught social studies, was placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
District officials said in a statement regarding the case:
“Providing a safe and secure learning environment is and will continue to be our top priority, and we will always act swiftly when that is compromised.”
Miller has been charged with improper relationship with a student, according to loval police. She posted $50,000 bond and was released Monday.
Local parents were shocked to learn of the allegations against Miller, who made an appearance in court Tuesday, agreeing not to contact the student.
As the accused teacher walked out of the court room arm-in-arm with two supporters, she was met by a parent who has a child at Katy Junior High School.
“You shouldn’t be around kids!” Cynthia Kaiser shouted at the accused.
”There’s been too many kids getting raped, getting abused and then why are these schools not checking to make sure these teachers are fit to be teachers?” Kaiser added.
Those who know Miller encouraged others to hear her side of the story.
“It’s sad because I know Heather, and I’ve seen her as a sweetheart that loves her children,” neighbor Pat Trull told KHOU. “Give her a chance.”
Dolce and Gabbana: Sentenced to 18 Months in Jail!
Renowned fashion designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana were given a reduced, suspended sentence of 18 months in jail on Wednesday.
The duo’s conviction on charges of hiding hundreds of millions of euros from Italian tax authorities via Luxembourg holding company Gado was upheld.
The sentence was reduced from 20 months because the statute of limitations applied to certain facts in the case. Still, it took the twosome off guard.
A lawyer for Dolce and Gabbana, who have always denied any wrongdoing, said they would appeal the decision: “I am speechless. We are all shocked.
A Milan prosecutor had asked the court in March to clear the pair, who closed the Milan shops where they sell clothes inspired by Dolce’s native Sicily.
The previous decision, by a lower court, handed the duo suspended jail sentences of 20 months each and imposed a fine of up to 10 million euros.
The case stems from an investigation that began in 2008 when authorities stepped up their fight against tax evasion as a global financial crisis began to bite.
Fashion companies have fallen under the scrutiny of Italy’s tax authorities partly due to the fact the sector has performed well despite a prolonged recession.
Similarly, Giorgio Armani paid 270 million euros to tax authorities in early April to settle a dispute over payments from the group’s subsidiaries abroad.
Prada Holding, which controls Prada, paid a reported 400-420 million euros to settle taxes in Italy after completing a process of voluntary disclosure in December.
Peace FM’s Kwasi Aboagye Assaulted By Fennec Okyere’s Family
It was sad and still remains sad that the wife of the late Fennec Okyere was not involved or allowed to even attend the funeral service of her husband, owing to the fact that the family are not on good terms with the wife…
It makes me question our sense of awareness as humans and whether we even understand our positions on this earth. Someone is dead, and you are fighting with another person—when you can also be gone tomorrow.
What is the essence of holding grudges? Should Fennec’s death not teach these people that, life is too and as such, spending time to hold grudges is pretty useless?

It has been confirmed that Amarkie, the wedded wife of murdered artiste manager Fennec Okyere, was prevented from attending and partaking in the final funeral rites of her late husband.
It seems all is not well between the widow and the family of her late husband.
She was not allowed to see the corpse of her murdered husband and also prevented from taking part in his burial, memorial and thanksgiving services.
Though no official reason has been given for preventing Amarkie from playing her role as a widow, reports said Fennec’s family members had said they could not guarantee the widow’s security if she dared show her face at the funeral.
Though the family has not officially explained why they prevented a wedded wife from taking part in the funeral rites of her husband, a statement from Fennec’s funeral brochure accused her of abandoning Fennec while he was alive.
“His greatest wish was to have a loving family of his own because of his difficult early life, but this wish was never fulfilled, as his wife left him two months after their marriage and never returned to live in the matrimonial home till he died,” a portion of Fennec’s biography noted.
Interestingly, broadcast journalist Akwasi Abagye, host of the Entertainment Review on Peace FM, was assaulted by Fennec’s family members because he had raised the issue on his show.
“When I got to the house, I was talking to Fennec’s mother when his elder brother, the pastor, came around and told me he was not happy with me at all (apparently for giving the widow a chance to speak on my show).
“Suddenly, I was surrounded by about 50 family members who were all screaming on me, verbally assaulting me and saying all manner of things. One of them even poked a finger into my face, the finger hit my glasses but I kept my calm and I am sure they would have beaten me up if not for the younger ones who were around and restrained them,” Akwasi Aboagye told News-One.
Amarkie has a young son with Fennec and the couple had not divorced prior to Fennec’s death.

Vice Principal Caught Doing Female Student In His Office
The Vice-Principal of a government school, 57-year-old Taiwo Ajayi, has been caught defiling a 12-year-old student of the school. He was caught by one of the staff in the school, Mr Victor Babayemi.
He reported the matter after suspecting the movement of the young girl inside the vice principal’s office.
“The witness became apprehensive when the student, after spending a considerable time in the VP’s office, did not come out. The witness went near the door and discovered it was bolted from behind, she knocked and the movements, sounds and subsequent demeanor of both the suspect and the victim gave them away.”
“The report of a medical examination confirmed that the young girls’s hymen is not intact,” the staff who caught them in the act said.
“With the evidence against him, he will soon be arraigned in court for defilement,” according to the police but Mr Ajayi is however denying the allegation. He said “I didn’t do anything o!”
